TASTING NOTES FROM THE CHEF

“Bistro Boy was born from my love of long, lazing lunches that Sydney does so well. When developing the scent, I really wanted to capture a savoury freshness without tipping into anything too candle-like, which meant a lot of fine-tuning to get the balance of herbs just right. What I personally love about it is how wearable it is; it feels clean and refined, but there’s a subtle foodie edge that ties perfectly into the degustation theme of Spritzmas this year. One fun detail is that the name Bistro Boy was inspired by a group-chat nickname for a cute waiter a friend developed a crush on - a little nod to the playful, everyday moments that often spark inspiration for our scents!”

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Meet Bistro Boy: an olfactory love letter to wining and dining at Sydney’s most revered establishments. All juiced up with eucalyptus, tomato leaf, and mint, this spritz summons burrata salad, a stolen glance, and the batting of lashes.

Wear to relive last weekend’s long lunch with the girls, or before trialling the new locale in your own company (à la Carrie Bradshaw). You’ll be one spray away from enough confidence to leave your number via lipliner on a napkin - that waiter is really cute.
